Headship was founded with the mission of “spreading the success of a coaching culture”. Today we continue to inspire new and experienced managers; teach dynamic communication and usable skills while ultimately driving results. 

 

Whether coaching a team, managing up, or collaborating cross functionally there is an easy formula that can be applied to get real results. We apply our deep understanding of organizational development to train emerging leaders, identify a common language, and create team unity. We partner with various types of organizations that are interested in leveling up their people. Our desire is for every team to form strong working relationships with consistent growth and development. 

 

Each engagement is customized to the needs of the business.  Participants will be able to take the learnings from the training to use the next day. The foundation of personal drivers and the SEC model can be applied and adapted to all levels within an organization.
